Job summary

Singer Vehicle Design is seeking a MRB Coordinator to join our Carson, CA team. You’ll lead the MRB process, perform dimensional inspections, maintain logs, and coordinate meetings to ensure proper disposition of nonconforming materials, while collaborating with Quality, Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma with 2–4 years of related experience or a BA/BS with 2+ years, strong attention to detail, and proficient Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma with 2–4 years of relevant experience or a BA/BS with 2+ years.
• Bonus points for experience in rapid growth environments.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize across departments.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and collaborative skills.
• Proficient computer literacy including emails and Excel.
• Good color acuity and visual acuity (with or without corrective lenses).

Responsibilities

• Lead, organize, and execute all activities related to the MRB process.
• Perform dimensional inspection of parts and assemblies for conformance.
• Maintain and administer the MRB log with complete documentation.
• Coordinate and facilitate MRB meetings, record minutes, and share outcomes.
• Ensure MRB dispositions are documented and compliant with procedures.
• Support investigations and root-cause analysis with cross-functional teams.
• Track MRB metrics and escalate risks as needed.
• Support continuous improvement in nonconforming product control and documentation flow.
• Maintain compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100, and internal requirements.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain on RTV actions and supplier nonconformances.
• Train personnel in MRB procedures and documentation standards.
• Serve as the central contact for MRB inquiries.
