Qualifications

• MRB experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Prior experience in Quality Control and/or Quality Assurance is strongly preferred.
• Previous leadership experience a plus.
• Prior experience with Infor (Syteline) ERP system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MRB materials tracking and disposition.
• Create and maintain non-conforming material records (MRRs).
• Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain and Supplier Quality to resolve material issues.
• Maintain MRB inventory accuracy and proper storage/handling.
• Generate and analyze MRB reports; monitor MRB metrics.
• Ensure MRB activities comply with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage non-conforming parts and materials found during inspections.
