Job summary

Intuitive Surgical, Inc. is seeking an MRB/IQC Inspector (Finance) to perform incoming quality inspection and support MRB processes. The role ensures nonconforming materials meet quality standards and coordinates containment, disposition, and MRB aging efforts.

You will collaborate with Quality Engineering, Supplier Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain to maintain inventory accuracy and efficient material flow while applying established inspection methods and documentation practices.

Qualifications

• Experience performing inspections in manufacturing, quality, or regulated environments.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, work instructions, and quality procedures.
• Knowledge of inspection techniques, sampling plans, and documentation requirements.
• Use of measurement equipment such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, pin gauges, and optical comparators.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor nonconforming material within the MRB process.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and location control of quarantined material.
• Segregate, identify, label, and transfer nonconforming material to MRB locations.
• Process material transactions within SAP and related systems.
• Maintain records for Quality Notifications (QNs) and dispositions.
