Qualifications

• High school diploma and AA or equivalent; 2 years related experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand English; follow work instructions.
• Basic math skills and ability to apply logical reasoning.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills; professional integrity.
• Proficient with SAP ERP and ACCS; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform failure analysis of defective instruments and accessories.
• Dispositon of Excess and System Trade in RMA I&A returns.
• Repack instruments and execute label printing work orders.
• Document failure analysis findings in the QMS system.
• Assist Advance FA team on regulatory requirements for reports and recalls.
• Communicate with failure analysis engineering and post market surveillance.
