A leading aerospace engineering firm in Alabama is seeking a Material Review Board (MRB) Engineer to support the manufacturing of composite fan cowl structures. You will be responsible for reviewing and dispositioning non-conforming parts, evaluating compliance with industry standards, and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and over five years of relevant experience, particularly with composites. Qualifications

• 5+ years of aerospace MRB or manufacturing engineering experience in composites.
• Familiar with AS9100, NADCAP, and GE manufacturing requirements.
• Experience in composite fan cowl or engine peripherals is desired.

Responsibilities

• Review and disposition of non-conforming composite parts during manufacturing.
• Support MRB process and provide engineering assessments for rework or use-as-is dispositions.
• Lead root cause and corrective/preventive actions for recurring nonconformances.
