Job summary

TTC, Inc. is seeking a skilled specialist to support ACC/A4RM in tactical communications and MRAP capability modifications. In Langley AFB, VA, you will assist with staffing, coordination, and modernization efforts while ensuring compliance with AFRDM requirements and HQ processes.

You will analyze current and future MRAP requirements, coordinate with AFLCMC and MAJCOMs, and help manage fielding and testing of communications systems across platforms. A Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience as SME at a MAJCOM HQ within Vehicle/Material/Weapon System Team preferred.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Have excellent oral and written communication skills suitable for briefings to senior officials.
• Bachelor’s degree or ten (10) years of tactical communications and capability modification experience.
• Four (4) years’ experience in tactical communications within the last eight (8) years.
• Four (4) years in developing and executing maintenance and operations schedules/plans.
• Four (4) years in managing data link systems, SATCOM, radios, and secure voice/data systems.
• Possess a Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist staffing actions for capability modifications for the MRAP system using HQ ACC tools.
• Coordinate with ACC A5/8/9 and AFLCMC on modification requests via AF Form 1067.
• Help develop RWG and RRB guidance and coordinate periodic meetings with members.
• Assist in developing modernization expenditures with government lead/COR.
• Continuously analyze MRAP user requirements and modernization initiatives.
• Prioritize MRAP requirements across the FYDP to maximize system capabilities.
• Analyze tactical communications program health and provide recommendations.
• Provide technical expertise for testing, modification, and fielding of MRAP systems.
