The engineer will analyze complex data, collaborate with foundry partners, and propose experimental design changes. Qualifications

• Recent and relevant magnetic/spintronics device experience required.
• Excellent computer skills, particularly in C and Python.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data from MRAM process steps as well as electrical testing data.
• Propose design/process experiments based on data analysis results.
• Work closely with foundries for process improvement.

Skills

Magnetic/spintronics device experience

Knowledge of lithography processes

Proficient in C and Python

Good oral and writing communication skills

Teamwork and independent work abilities

Education

M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Applied Physics
