Job Summary

Mr. Electric is looking for a part‑time dedicated Electrical Operations Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and high‑quality service. The Electrical Operations Support Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive support to our electrical operations team, managing customer calls, dispatching service requests, and handling tickets. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a basic understanding of electrical operations.

Compensation Package

• $17 to $19 per hour DOE

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service:
  • Serve as the point of contact for customer inquiries and service requests.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Dispatch Management:
  • Schedule and dispatch electrical service requests to appropriate field technicians.
  • Monitor and adjust schedules as needed to ensure timely service delivery.
• Ticket Handling:
  • Create, track, and manage service tickets in the company’s ticketing system.
  • Ensure all tickets are updated with relevant information and follow up on open tickets.
• Administrative Support:
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and permits.
  • Prepare and process reports as needed for management review.
