Job summary
CAE is seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Instructor to support the MQ-9B SkyGuardian RPAS program. This role involves delivering hands-on training to RCAF personnel, improving instructional materials, and collaborating with experts to align training with operational needs. Required qualifications include a valid Aircraft Maintenance Engineering License, instructional experience, and a team-oriented mindset. Qualifications
At least 2 years of aircraft maintenance instructional experience, preferably within the RCAF.
At least 5 years of first- and second-line aircraft maintenance experience.
Capable of obtaining and maintaining security clearances.
Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, hands-on training on the MQ-9B SkyGuardian RPAS to RCAF personnel.
Assist in the creation and improvement of instructional content and lesson plans.
Evaluate trainee performance through assessments and provide feedback.
