Job summary

Sigma Defense in Nevada (Creech AFB) seeks a Help Desk Network Administrator to support the Air Force MQ-9 communications system and related networks, including ACN, SPDN, SOCs, and relay sites. The role requires 3-5 years in network administration and relevant certifications.

You will document tickets, assist with complex issues, and coordinate with multiple agencies; candidates must be a US citizen and able to obtain TS/SCI clearance (sponsorship possible).

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Network Administration experience in a Help Desk environment.
• Security+, CCNA, or equivalent certification.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience in a Help Desk environment preferred.
• Prior military service desirable.
• Ability to document tickets and summarize fixes clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting and escalate more complex issues.
• Provide 24/7 Tier 2 Help Desk support in a shift work environment.
• Update edge network devices and software for next generation remote operations.
• Monitor network performance and integrity.
• Document activities in a master station log and ticketing system.
• Install and maintain local network and server suite.
