Job summary

General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. (GA-ASI) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the MQ-9 Italy team in Poway, CA.

You will coordinate operational aspects of projects, serve as liaison between management and teams, and ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery while meeting quality and customer goals. You will develop plans, monitor schedules, budgets, and risks, and lead cross‑functional collaboration across departments to expand services and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Business Administration or related discipline; nine or more years of progressively complex experience in project administration plus PM experience.
• Thorough understanding of project management processes, planning, scheduling, budgeting; ability to organize and coordinate workloads to meet milestones and budgets.
• Must be able to work extended hours and travel; ability to obtain DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development of project plans and manage resources to meet schedule, budget, quality, and specs.
• Manage and monitor project schedule, timelines, and milestones from initiation to delivery.
• Coordinate teams to deliver new or upgraded products/services; monitor progress and report results.
