AVIAN, Inc. seeks a Program Analyst to support the PMA-268/MQ-25 program for Naval Test Wing Atlantic, based at NAS Patuxent River, MD. The role involves data-driven program management, maintenance processes, and collaboration with the MQ-25 team.

Qualified candidates have extensive DoD program support experience, an active Secret clearance, and U.S. citizenship. The position is full-time, on-site in Maryland, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 2 years experience as maintenance control.
• Must have 10 plus years of experience.
• Bachelor's Degree may substitute for 4 years of work experience, a Master's Degree may substitute for an additional 2 years.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Have functional knowledge of technical publications, NAMP and NALCOMIS aircraft maintenance applications.
• Experience with maintenance material functions.
• Familiarity with Government Oversight QAR's of all Flight Critical, Safety of Flight, and mandatory QA inspections, monitor high time components.
• Ability to identify scheduled/unscheduled maintenance actions to meet a flight schedule.
• Ability to collect, interpret, and analyze data to inform programmatic decision making.
