Job summary

AVIAN is seeking a Program Analyst to support PMA-268/MQ-25 for Naval Test Wing Atlantic. The role will directly support the MQ-25 team based at NAS Patuxent River, MD, requiring strong data analysis and maintenance knowledge. You will work to identify maintenance actions that align with flight schedules and inform programmatic decisions.

Ideal candidates have extensive maintenance control experience, the ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance, and U.S. citizenship.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience as maintenance control.
  • 10+ years of experience in related field.
  • Bachelor's degree may be substituted for 4 years of work experience; Master’s for an additional 2 years.

Responsibilities

  • Have functional knowledge of technical publications, NAMP and NALCOMIS aircraft maintenance applications.
  • Experience with maintenance material functions.
  • Familiarity with Government Oversight QARs of all Flight Critical, Safety of Flight, and mandatory QA inspections; monitor high time components.
  • Ability to identify scheduled/unscheduled maintenance actions to meet a flight schedule.
  • Ability to collect, interpret, and analyze data to inform programmatic decision making.

Qualifications
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years experience as maintenance control
  • Must have 10 plus years of experience
  • A Bachelor's Degree may be substituted for 4 years of work experience, a Master's Degree may be substituted for an additional 2 years
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance.
  • Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $130,000 (The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.)
