Memorial Health is seeking healthcare professionals to join our outpatient team in Illinois. The role offers a guaranteed base rate with opportunities for additional earnings through production and quality incentive models.

Responsibilities include a Monday–Friday schedule, 18–22 clinic visits per day, and telenurse triage with after-hours support. Oncall duties vary by location; strong licensure and board eligibility are preferred.

Qualifications

• Unrestrictive Illinois license prior to start.
• Board Certified or Board Eligibility.
• 2+ years of prior practicing experience is preferred, but not required.

Memorial Health is a community-based, not for profit health system that provides a full range of inpatient, outpatient, home health, hospice, primary and specialty care and urgent care physician services throughout central Illinois. Our providers serve both urban and rural communities at clinics located throughout a multi-county area. Position Details

• Monday – Friday
• Flexibility on hours/day worked
• Outpatient only
• Call rotation – Oncall varies depending on location and clinic partner pool. Telenurse provides after-hours triaging for the physicians. Telenurse triages and follows set protocols to reduce the volume of phone calls/pages the physicians receive after-hours. Call volume is minimalized with triage services.
• Clinic visits: 18-22 per day
