Job summary

Schneider Electric in Fairfield, OH is seeking an MPH Warehouse Floor Trainer (2nd shift) to lead and train a diverse group of temporary MPH workers. You will develop training programs, retrain staff, and cross-train teammates to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment.

Join our warehouse team and become part of a supply chain that delivers results every day. We're hiring a MPH Warehouse Floor Trainer (2nd shift) to join our team in Fairfield 1, OH that is ready to roll up their sleeves, work safely, and help us fulfill orders with accuracy and efficiency.

What will you do?
  • Responsible for assisting in the development of new temporary MPH warehouse workers, retraining current employees, cross training, etc.
  • Possesses the ability to work with multiple individuals possessing different skill levels.
  • Has strong interpersonal skills.
  • Has must have a professional demeanor.
  • Help with trouble shooting.
  • Provide objective student evaluations during the training period.
  • Encourages participants to learn from themselves and the class.
  • Will perform other duties as required.
  • Handle receiving, storing, and shipping tasks to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Organize and maintain inventory while supporting proper stock rotation and product quality
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow all operational and safety procedures
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and maintain a clean, efficient workspace

What qualifications will make you successful?
  • Candidate must possess applicable MPH warehouse experience.
  • Must have all applicable knowledge and competencies for skilled, experienced MPH warehouse processes and systems.
  • Must have no more than 3 points with no written policy infractions.
  • Must be in your role as a FTE of Schneider Electric for at least 6 months.
  • Must have "Good/Superior" Quality with no more than 3 defects listed in Gainseeker per quarter.
  • Must be willing to bring/ show your personal tool or work area to the interview and explain your 5s.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
  • Team-oriented mindset and clear communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic warehouse environment
  • Ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently throughout your shift

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 3:30 pm - 2:00am
