Responsibilities

• Examine insurance documents and apply underwriting rules.
• Enter information into computer and update policy records accurately.
• Communicate with agents, county offices, field personnel, and policyholders by phone/letter.
• Review scanned documents and route to correct work queues.
• Prepare, print, and analyze reports and policy forms.
• Assist with training Underwriting Assistant and part-time staff.
• Assist with other duties as necessary.
