Job summary

You will collect, analyze, and report on inventory, production, and logistics, building dashboards and standard reports to support planning, procurement, and operations.

The role requires 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing analytics, proficiency with Excel and Power BI/Tableau, and a solid understanding of ERP/MRP systems.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in supply chain analytics or related role within manufacturing or operations.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivots) and data visualization tools.
• Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and supply chain processes.
• Attention to detail and effective communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards and reports on inventory, production, capacity, supplier performance, and logistics.
• Train team members on dashboards and reports to improve usage.
• Analyze large data sets to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities across the supply chain.
• Support KPI development and performance tracking for MP&L and operations.
• Ensure data accuracy and alignment across systems and reports.
• Analyze inventory health, turns, and service-level performance; support planning teams with data insights.
• Assist in process reporting enhancements and data integrity across ERP/MRP.
