Qualifications

• Team-based work with a dependable, motivated attitude.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines.
• Ability to operate mowing and landscaping equipment safely.
• Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in varying weather.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 70 pounds.
• A valid driver’s license is helpful but not required for crew members.
• Crew leaders must have a valid license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a crew to maintain commercial and residential properties.
• Operate equipment from trimmers and blowers to walk-behind and riding mowers.
• Follow directions from the mowing manager and stay safety-conscious.
