Job summary

The Toro Company is seeking an assembler for their 1st shift on the Mower Assembly line. You will perform manual assembly, place parts on the mower line, and progress products down the line using hand tools and basic equipment.

You will be expected to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace, follow Lean/5S guidelines, and report any safety incidents or defective materials to supervision. This role requires the ability to work at a fast pace while meeting production quotas.

Qualifications

• Assembly/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Able to lift or carry materials of varying weights.
• Ability to stand and/or walk constantly over a full shift.
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions.
• Must be detail-oriented and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assembler on the Mower Assembly line performing manual labor.
• Use hand tools, wrenches, and impacts to assemble parts.
• Maintain safety and quality, report safety incidents to supervisor.
