Job summary

The Toro Company is seeking assemblers in Batesville, Arkansas, to join a fast-paced production line on the Mower Assembly. Basic to complex assembly tasks use hand tools as parts move along the line; forklift operation may be required if certified.

Expect rigorous safety and quality standards with Lean and 5S practices guiding daily work. Minimal requirements include manufacturing exposure, ability to read instructions, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in assembly or general manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Capable of working under pressure to meet production goals.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfort with multitasking across multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic to complex assembly on a production line.
• Utilize hand tools, wrenches, and impacts as required.
• Move and sort small parts along the line.
• Unpack parts from boxes as needed and maintain cleanliness.
• Operate forklift or heavy equipment if certified.
• Meet production quotas while upholding safety and quality.
• Report safety incidents or damaged materials to supervision.
• Follow Lean and 5S principles to maintain area.
