Olympia Moving & Storage is hiring a Moving Foreman to lead and mentor a moving crew on-site, coordinating with clients and internal teams. You will oversee packing, loading, and customer touchpoints for both residential and commercial moves.

Qualifications

• Must have previous experience in the moving industry.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have reliable transportation to branch location and a valid driver's license.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States for any employer.
• Must be willing to undergo a criminal background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and mentor a moving team on-site.
• Communicate with clients as the primary on-site contact.
• Collaborate with operations, warehouse, and staff.
• Disassemble and re-assemble furniture and equipment as needed.
• Direct team to move heavy items up/down stairs and protect homes.
• Complete billing, paperwork, inventories and reporting on a mobile platform.
