We're looking for outgoing individuals who can answer in-bound sales calls to assist customers with setting up services such as TV, Internet, Home phone, Renters Insurance, Movers, Moving Trucks, Warranties, Home Automation and Security. We build long-term relationships with our customers by consistently exceeding their expectations and are looking for career-minded individuals with a strong work ethic to join the team. We have a fast-track program for those who want to QUICKLY elevate their careers to the next level.

ENTRY level representatives are welcome as we provide comprehensive and ongoing training for the right candidates.

What You Will Do As An Moving Concierge Agent

• Receive Inbound calls from our calling queue
• Manage and document sales process in our CRM tool

What You Will Bring As An Moving Concierge Agent

• Sales/customer service background preferred
• High School Diploma/GED
• Possess high energy and a strong desire to achieve top results with a charismatic, positive, "can-do" attitude
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications
• High level of integrity
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to multi-task/have the ability to learn a variety of products and services within multiple ordering systems.

What You Will Get As A Porch Group Team Member

Pay Range*: Starting pay rate is $15.50 hourly base + uncapped commission and bonus.

Our top performers average anywhere from $75,000-$100,000+ per year

• Please know your actual pay at Porch will reflect a number of factors among which are your work experience and skillsets, job-related knowledge, alignment with market and our Porch employees, as well as your geographic location.
  
  

You will also be eligible to receive sales incentives, subject to program guidelines and approvals.
