Qualifications

• 1-3 years of management experience in retail or service industry with responsibility for financial results and customer satisfaction.
• Computer literacy required to manage daily operations and reporting.
• Organizational skills essential for inventory, cash handling and scheduling.
• P&L accountability experience or understanding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the fleet to deliver clean and well-maintained equipment.
• Track and itemize inventory.
• Ensure customers receive high-quality care.
• Keep track of fuel receipts and petty cash.
• Maintain a clean, secure work environment.
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
