Job summary

Two Men and a Truck Findlay is seeking dedicated movers to pack, move, transport and assemble customers’ items. You’ll work face-to-face with customers to ensure their needs are met, with daily tasks that vary and challenges to overcome.

The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and teamwork, with a starting wage of $15 per hour, tips averaging $150+ weekly, and opportunities for raises within the first year; a flexible, full-/part-time schedule is available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Ability to communicate professionally in English.
• Physically able to lift 100 pounds or more repeatedly.
• Excellent work ethic and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Move, pack, and unpack customer belongings safely.
• Greet customers and complete a walk-through of the home/business.
• Load and unload a 26-foot moving truck.
• Complete paperwork and payment collection.
• Safely perform daily truck inspections and moving equipment inventory checks.

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®is looking for dedicated team members to pack, move, transport and assemble customers' items, but this job isn’t just about the heavy lifting! During moves you’ll work face-to-face with customers to ensure their specific needs are met. Every day is different and every move brings new challenges, but our goal is simple; we are here to help our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work together to provide exceptional customer service as you safely move, pack, and unpack customer belongings
• Greet customers upon arrival and complete a walk-through of the home/business
• Load and unload a 26-foot moving truck
• Complete paperwork and payment collection
• Safely perform daily truck inspections and moving equipment inventory checks

REQUIREMENTS

We hire for attitude and train for skill; however, experience in general labor positions such as truck driving, construction, landscaping, or warehouse labor is helpful.

• MUST BE WILLING TO SUBMIT TO A PRE-EMPLOYMENT BACKGROUND CHECK AND DRUG SCREENING
• High school diploma or GED Preferred
• 18 years or older for movers
• Ability to communicate professionally, verbally, and in writing, in English
• Good work ethic and a positive, professional attitude
• Physical stamina to lift/carry 100 pounds or more repeatedly throughout the day
• Good hand-eye coordination
