Job summary

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is seeking dedicated team members to pack, move, transport, and assemble customers' items. You will work face-to-face with customers to ensure their needs are met during moves, greet customers, and complete a thorough walk-through of the location.

You will load and unload a 26-foot truck and handle paperwork with care. This role offers competitive hourly pay, opportunities for tips, weekly pay, and potential raises in the first year.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work together to provide exceptional customer service as you safely move, pack, and unpack customer belongings
• Greet customers upon arrival and complete a walk-through of the home/business
• Load and unload a 26-foot moving truck
• Complete paperwork and payment collection
• Safely perform daily truck inspections and moving equipment inventory checks

Responsibilities

Requirements

• We hire for attitude and train for skill; however, experience in general labor positions such as truck driving, construction, landscaping, or warehouse labor is helpful
• MUST BE WILLING TO SUBMIT TO A PRE-EMPLOYMENT BACKGROUND CHECK AND DRUG SCREENING
• High school diploma or GED Preferred
• 18 years or older for movers
• Ability to communicate professionally, verbally, and in writing, in English
• Good work ethic and a positive, professional attitude
• Physical stamina to lift/carry 100 pounds or more repeatedly throughout the day
• Good hand-eye coordination
