Allegro Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to teaching movement to children with disabilities. We are seeking a friendly, high-energy Program Assistant / Movement Instructor to join our full-time staff, with full training provided on day one.

The role involves assisting instructors, preparing rooms, engaging students in movement activities, and supporting fundraising and office tasks. A degree and experience with children are required, and the position is based at our Charlotte, NC

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with children is preferred.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel; Canva a plus.

Responsibilities

• Attend curriculum meetings and assist instructors.
• Prepare rooms and materials for classes.
• Help engage children during movement activities.
• May wear themed costumes for classes.
