• Coordinates multidisciplinary care and arranges diagnostic tests as ordered by physicians.
• Triages patient inquiries and communicates test results.
• Ensures infection control compliance within the practice.
• Prepares and administers injections or medications as directed by providers (where allowed by state law).
• Records medical information in EMR and participates in safety and policy updates.
