Job summary

Aspire Youth and Young Adults in Region 4 is seeking a Move (MARCH) Team Lead and Therapist/SSP 2, Licensed. A Master’s Degree in Counseling or related field and full licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, ECT) or associate licensure pursuing full licensure (LAPC, LAMFT, LMSW, ECT) are required.

Responsibilities include initial and ongoing behavioral health assessments, therapy with youth 6-21 and their families, and maintaining 50% billable productivity with time for non-billable tasks.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Counseling or related field is required.
• Full licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, ECT) or active pursuit of full licensure (LAPC, LAMFT, LMSW, ECT) is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides initial and ongoing behavioral health assessments, individual, group, and family sessions in-clinic and in the community.
• Completes required documentation within 7 days from service date.
• Completes required prior authorizations for insurance reimbursement.
• Maintains 50% productivity with 50% time for non-billable activities.
• Caseload primarily includes youth ages 6-21 and their families.
• Attends staffings and collaborates with other agencies for youth.
