The role emphasizes high-quality finishes, timeliness, and strong communication with residents and colleagues. A valid driver's license may be required for some assignments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year painting/make-ready experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Paint interiors and exteriors of apartments.
• Prepare walls, spackle, and repair surfaces as needed.
• Schedule and monitor work orders and assist maintenance.
• Conduct property inspections for cleanliness and safety.
• Respond to on-call emergencies and follow safety rules.
