Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of painting or make-ready experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Paint interiors and exteriors of apartments according to company guidelines.
• Schedule, monitor, and perform work orders including painting.
• Repair walls, spackle, and prepare surfaces for finish.
• Identify appropriate materials for each surface to be painted.
• Inspect grounds and property for cleanliness and issues.
• Respond to on-call pager for emergencies and maintenance requests.
• Keep work areas clean and organized after projects.
• Follow all safety rules, policies, and applicable laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
