Responsibilities

• Cleans all vacant apartments for move-ins.
• Cleans offices, corporate units, and models.
• Cleans bathrooms.
• Cleans laundry rooms.
• Picks up trash on grounds.
• Performs painting and caulking, if needed, in a neat and professional manner.
