Job summary

Fairfield Property Management seeks a motivated Housekeeper to transform vacant apartment units into welcoming homes for new residents. You will keep models, offices, club house, laundry rooms, and fitness centers pristine and tour-ready.

You will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for residents and visitors, using your cleaning skills and attention to detail to maintain high standards across properties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Six months to one year of related experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work in a professional, courteous, cooperative, tactful, and patient manner with residents, FPM employees, vendors, suppliers, and members of the public.
• Self-motivated to work independently with little guidance.
• Good time management skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize and flexibility to adjust work priorities as necessary.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and retention skills required.
• Wear/use uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

Responsibilities
