Job summary

Lifespace Communities, headquartered in Dallas, Texas, is hiring a Move-in Coordinator for our Delray Beach community. You will meet with new residents, coordinate move-in, and manage occupancy from deposit to move-in, ensuring a smooth transition and timely readiness of apartments.

The role supports a collaborative sales team, coordinating with plant operations and environmental services to prepare apartments and communicate dates to residents. Background screening is required for Florida hires.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, education, or psychology preferred.
• Two years’ experience in sales or similar role.
• Background screening required per Florida law for healthcare candidates.

Responsibilities

• Meet with new residents to coordinate move-in as assigned by director of sales.
• Manage the occupancy process from deposit receipt to move-in, promoting the community to residents.
• Coordinate move-in logistics and prep closing packets and move-in guides.
• Communicate move-in dates and apartment readiness to residents, sales, and operations teams.
