Job summary

Senior Lifestyle is seeking staff to assist residents with transitions and move-ins at our New Jersey property. Responsibilities include helping prospective residents during tours, answering inquiries, and supporting the marketing team with outreach and events.

The role involves assisting in the sales process, coordinating unit refurbishing and turnover, and communicating residents’ needs to appropriate channels. The position pays an hourly rate of $30.00.

Qualifications

• No experience is needed, though sales experience is preferred.
• You are detail-oriented and take pride in accuracy and thoroughness.
• You have an outgoing personality and enjoy communicating with coworkers from multiple departments, prospective residents and their families.

• Assist incoming residents with all facets of transition and move to the property.

• Coordinate the refurbishing, cleaning and inspection of units after move-outs and before move-ins.
