Job summary

3 Men Movers is seeking an Inside Sales Representative – Move Expert to join our in-office team in Houston. You will nurture relationships, manage inbound/outbound campaigns, and use our CRM to book services and upsell.

The role offers uncapped commissions, profit sharing, and a strong benefits package. First-year total compensation (base + commission) typically ranges from $60,000–$70,000, with growth opportunities as the company expands nationally.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, hospitality, or another customer-facing service role.
• Warm, enthusiastic, empathetic communicator with a consultative selling style.
• Clear communicator across phone, in-person, and digital channels.
• Comfortable adapting quickly in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Team-oriented with a strong commitment to results.
• Bilingual English/Spanish (written and verbal) is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Pursue and consistently exceed key performance metrics across outbound and inbound call campaigns.
• Own the customer relationship end to end — problem-solving, retention, and satisfaction.
• Use our CRM to nurture warm phone and web leads, book requested services, and expand customer profiles through upsell offers via phone, text, and email.
• Collaborate with a team of teammates, customers, and drivers to reach shared goals.
• Stay sharp through ongoing sales and product training.
