Job summary

Caring Transitions Madison North & Sun Prairie is seeking a Senior Transition Assistant to help families downsize, stage, pack, and move items with care. Join a team that supports seniors and empowers real stories through organized estate sales, moving help, and thoughtful clean-outs.

No prior experience is required; training is provided. You will work flexible daytime hours, earn $17–$20 per hour, and contribute to meaningful outcomes while staying active and connected with the community.

Qualifications

• Compassion and dependability to assist seniors and families.
• Good attention to detail and reliability.
• Comfort with basic smartphone use for scheduling and communication.

Responsibilities

• Estate Sales & Auctions— sort, stage, photograph (via CTBids app), and help run sale days smoothly.
• Packing & Moving— pack and organize belongings with care.
• Clean-Outs— sort, donate, and clear out spaces.
• Assist with moving items to/from client homes and storage; standard driver’s license required.
