Job summary

Caring Transitions of Madison North & Sun Prairie is seeking a Senior Transition Assistant to support seniors through downsizing, moves, and estate-related tasks. You’ll engage in estate sales, packing, moving, and clear-outs with compassionate care and a can-do attitude.

No experience is required—training is provided. Expect flexible daytime hours, occasional weekends, and a supportive team focused on meaningful work in local client homes.

Responsibilities

• Estate Sales & Auctions: sort, stage, photograph, and help sale days run smoothly.
• Packing & Moving: pack and organize belongings with care.
• Clean-Outs: sort, donate, and clear out spaces.
• Assist with moving items to/from client homes and storage as needed (drivers license required).

What You'll Do

• Estate Sales & Auctions— sort, stage, photograph (via our CTBids app), and help sale days run smoothly
• Packing & Moving— pack and organize belongings with genuine care
• Clean-Outs— sort, donate, and clear out
• Help move items to and from client homes and storage as needed — a standard driver's license is all it takes
