Caring Transitions in Madison North & Sun Prairie, WI, is seeking a Senior Transition Assistant to help families downsizing, move, and organize estates with care. Flexible daytime hours and a starting wage of $17–$20 per hour.

No experience is required; we provide training so you can help with estate sales, packing, and clean-outs while staying active and making a real difference in people's lives.

• Estate Sales & Auctions — sort, stage, photograph (via CTBids app), and help sale days run smoothly
• Packing & Moving — pack and organize belongings with genuine care
• Clean-Outs — sort, donate, and clear out
• Help move items to and from client homes and storage as needed — a standard driver's license is all it takes
