Infostud Group is seeking a proactive Move Coordinator to join our international team. You will serve as the bridge between customers, sales reps, operations, and dispatch—delivering seamless relocations worldwide from a remote setup.

Qualifications

• Experience in moving & relocation, freight forwarding, logistics, customer service, or dispatch.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Schedule flexibility to US business hours (Serbia time).
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable learning new logistics platforms.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Move Management: Coordinate daily relocation operations from quote to delivery.
• Customer Communication: Provide proactive updates and support throughout relocation.
• Data & Shipment Tracking: Register orders, track progress, and maintain records in the system.
• Sales & Admin Support: Schedule appointments, prepare estimates/quotations, and manage billing entries.
• Vendor & Operations Liaison: Coordinate with international agents to resolve logistics challenges quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Move Management: Coordinate daily relocation operations across Sales, Move Management, and Dispatch teams from initial quote to final delivery.
• Customer Communication: Provide proactive updates, answer inquiries, and ensure customers feel supported throughout their relocation journey.
• Data & Shipment Tracking: Register orders, track shipment progress, and maintain accurate records in our management system.
• Sales & Admin Support: Assist with appointment scheduling, moving estimates/quotations, billing entries, and payment documentation.
• Vendor & Operations Liaison: Partner with operational teams and international agents to resolve logistics challenges quickly and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience in moving & relocation, freight forwarding, logistics, customer service, or dispatch.
• English Proficiency: Fluent spoken and written English (daily communication is in English).
• Schedule Flexibility: Comfortable working US business hours (afternoon/evening shift in Serbia time).
• Tech Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and comfortable learning new logistics platforms.
• Soft Skills: Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Remote Readiness: Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently in a remote setup.
