We offer 8% commission on closed sales with a draw against commission, no cap, and the more you close the more you earn. Sunshine Movers serves Sarasota, Bradenton and Lakewood Ranch with a strong reputation and community involvement.

• 2+ years of moving industry sales experience is required.
• Ability to conduct accurate on-site estimates for larger, complex moves.

Sunshine Movers is looking for an experienced moving sales professional to join our team in a field-based, outside sales role. If you know how to walk a home, read a move, and set up a crew for success — this one's for you.

THE ROLE

You’ll conduct on-site estimates for residential and commercial moves, quote accurately, and build move plans that work — for the client, the crew, and the company. This is a pure outside role; we already have in-office sales covered.

8% commission on closed sales, with a draw against commission so you have income stability as you ramp. No cap. The more you close, the more you earn.
