Job summary

Alcon3Pl invites a friendly, organized Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in California. You will be the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, scheduling moves, updating CRM records, and supporting operations to ensure smooth service delivery.

As the primary liaison, you will resolve issues, coordinate with dispatchers and crews, and contribute to post-move follow-ups, surveys, and claims. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus in our diverse team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education a plus.
• Prior customer service experience in logistics/moving/home services is preferred.
• Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.
• Calm, patient demeanor with multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls, emails, and chats professionally and promptly.
• Provide accurate information on services, pricing, and moving process.
• Schedule, confirm, and follow up on customer appointments.
• Input and update customer information in CRM/dispatching system.
• Resolve concerns or escalate to management when needed.
• Coordinate with dispatchers and moving crews to keep jobs on track.
• Handle post-move follow-ups, surveys, feedback, and claims.
• Assist with invoicing, payments, and general admin tasks.
