EnerSys is seeking a MOVAC Receiving Coordinator for shifts 1 and 2 in Springfield, MO. The role coordinates shipping documents, reconciles production reporting, and prepares transport documents for shipments.

You will enter data into BAAN/SAP and perform essential duties, with the possibility of operating a lift truck with the appropriate license. This is a regular full-time office-based role with occasional driving responsibilities.

Formación

• High school diploma/GED and at least 1 year experience in an administrative support role and/or shipping receiving position at a manufacturing facility or distribution center.
• Ability to use computer systems including MRP and MS Office.
• Ability to read and interpret documents in local language, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to do mathematical functions, including add, subtract, multiply, divide, interpret Pareto Charts, Bar graphs, Flow charts, and other quality tools.

• Prepare shipping documents, including out of country shipments. Ensures required documents are accurately completed and maintained in an orderly file.
• Accurately and timely complete entries into BAAN/SAP.
• Create plan shipment documents.
• Provides backup coverage for Logistics Specialist and other department employees when assigned.
• Must be able to operate a lift truck, and have or be able to obtain a forklift truck license.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Purpose

The Shipping & Receiving Operator coordinates shipping documents and reconciles production reporting daily; prepares transport documents for out of country shipments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED from an accredited institution and at least 1-year experience in an administrative support role and or shipping receiving position at a manufacturing facility or distribution center
• Ability to use computer systems including MRP and MS office
• Ability to read and interpret documents in local language, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to do mathematical functions, including add, subtract, multiply, divide, interpret Pareto Charts, Bar graphs, Flow charts, and other quality tools

General Job Requirements

• This position will work in an office setting, expect minimal physical demands.
• This position requires you to drive a company vehicle. Therefore, you must be able to pass the company’s driving requirements. Certain vehicles may also require a specific drivers license and have additional driving requirements.
