Job summary

Crystal Mountain Resort in Washington is seeking a Vehicle Mechanic I to inspect and maintain company vehicles and equipment, ensuring safe, dependable operation. You will perform basic repairs with supervision and support a fleet that includes snow removal machines and heavy equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years automobile or equipment maintenance.
• Knowledge of automotive and mechanic problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs mechanical, electrical and engine defects in buses and other automotive equipment, including diesel engines.
• Diagnostic troubleshooting and repair of engine codes under the OBD-II system.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on all vehicles and equipment including snow removal machines, heavy equipment, buses, trucks, vans, snowmobiles, and other company vehicles.
• Maintain logs and work sheets of inspection and maintenance performed on all equipment.
• Repair and replace seats, glass, sheet metal, latches, and other body components and assemblies.
