Responsibilities

• Deliver premium guest service with a smile.
• Validate tickets for lift access before loading.
• Coordinate with Lift Operators and teams to keep lines safe and efficient.
• Maintain and secure equipment (scanners, radios).
• Escalate safety or product issues to leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
