Job summary

Stio in Greenwich, CT seeks an energetic Associate Studio Manager to drive sales, oversee store operations, and deliver the Stio customer experience. You will coach staff, manage budgets for revenue and expenses, and partner with leadership to execute merchandising and marketing strategies.

The role reports to the Mountain Studio Manager and requires living within a reasonable commute to Greenwich. Open late fall / early winter 2026.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s or associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years retail experience preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with visual merchandising and retail marketing is a plus.
• Commitment to inclusive, supportive space for customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and coach staff; manage inventory and merchandising; drive sales.
• Coordinate with Store Manager and leadership teams on operations and marketing.
• Maintain organized, prioritized workflow and exceptional customer service.
• Implement strategies to acquire new customers and improve store experience.
• Lead by example on the sales floor with the team during shifts.
