Job summary

Homewood Mountain & Lake Club is seeking a Media Coordinator to join the Resort Marketing Department. This hands-on role plans, captures, edits, and distributes photo and video content that showcases the Homewood mountain experience.

You’ll work with the Marketing Manager and Content Creator to document conditions, events, guest experiences, and operations while balancing campaigns with real-time storytelling, including winter morning shoots when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience creating outdoor, action, lifestyle, hospitality, or resort content.
• Proficiency with mirrorless cameras, action cameras, gimbals, drones.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud; DaVinci Resolve preferred.
• Strong file-management habits and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently within a small, fast-moving team.

Responsibilities

• Plan and capture high-quality photography and video for website, social media, advertising, digital signage, events, campaigns, and other resort marketing needs.
• Edit photography and video using Adobe Creative Cloud, DaVinci Resolve, or comparable professional editing tools.
• Offload, back up, organize, catalog, and maintain digital files and shared media libraries.
• Identify timely stories, experiences, events, and operational moments to capture and share.
• Coordinate and escort visiting film crews, photographers, media partners, and influencers to shooting locations.
• Serve as the secondary snow reporter during the winter season with early starts.
• Maintain Homewood brand standards across visual content and marketing assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
