Job summary

Homewood Mountain & Lake Club in Lake Tahoe is seeking a Media Coordinator to plan, capture, and edit photography and video that bring the resort experience to life. You will work with the Resort Marketing Manager and Communications Coordinator to document conditions, events, and guest moments with a strong storytelling focus.

The ideal candidate is an advanced skier or snowboarder who can navigate the resort with gear, balance planned campaigns with real-time storytelling, and support campaigns

Qualifications

• Strong photography and videography skills for outdoor, action, lifestyle, or resort content.
• Proficiency with mirrorless cameras, action cameras, gimbals, drones, and related production equipment.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud; DaVinci Resolve or similar editing software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and capture high-quality photography and video for website, social media, advertising, signage, events, and campaigns.
• Edit photography and video using Adobe Creative Cloud, DaVinci Resolve, or comparable tools.
• Offload, back up, organize, and maintain digital files and media libraries.
• Identify timely stories, experiences, events, and moments to capture with marketing partners.
• Support planned campaigns, seasonal storytelling, events, and marketing projects.
• Coordinate and escort visiting film crews, photographers, media partners, and influencers.
• Serve as secondary snow reporter during winter, with early starts as needed.
• Maintain Homewood brand standards across visual content and assets.
