Vail Resorts is now hiring for winter 2026/27 across multiple positions including cooks, drivers, instructors, and more. The role offers a starting wage of $20.00/hour with both full-time and part-time hours available during the winter season, housing options, and employee perks such as free passes and discounts.

Qualifications

• No formal experience required; willingness to learn.
• Desire to learn and grow.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Make connections with guests and co-workers.
• Share our passion for the mountains during service.
• Follow daily pre-shift leadership guidelines.
• Set beverage stations and food displays, cashier, greet guests and bus tables.
• Maintain clean and tidy workstations.
• Other duties as assigned.
