Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a related role.
• At least 1 year of experience in a project management role.
• Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously and meeting fast-paced project timelines.
• In-depth knowledge of landscape architecture design principles, construction methods, and sustainable practices.
• Demonstrated success in managing client relationships, project timelines, and budgets.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the production of landscape plans from concept to completion.
• Create 3D digital models that convey the design vision.
• Develop schematic site plans, design development drawings, and construction documents.
• Run projects from start to finish with oversight by the owner.
• Assist in developing contracts and fees, managing lower-level staff.
• Perform site visits and keep projects on budget.
