Job summary

Alterra Mountain Company is seeking a Parking Lot Attendant at June Mountain in June Lake, CA. The role involves helping guests with parking, directing traffic, and assisting with loading and unloading ski equipment while maintaining a smooth lot operation in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

Guest service experience required.
Must have fewer than 4 points on DMV record.
Enthusiasm and willingness to perform cheerfully outdoors in all weather conditions.
This is a HIGH visibility position, requiring a confident and outgoing individual with outstanding verbal communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

Assists guests with parking, traffic direction and the set up of the June Mountain parking lot.
Direct guests to appropriate parking availability.
Direct vehicle traffic flow.
Assist with traffic flow and cross walks.
Assist guests with unloading and loading of ski equipment.
Assist guests with jump starting and/or shoveling.
As our ambassadors, attendants in our Parking Lot create favorable and lasting First Impressions as well as Last Impressions!
